Itchiness

Hi momshies, I'm a first time mom to be, 36 weeks and 3 days na po ako today and I'm experiencing itchiness due to my stretchmarks sa tummy and usually sa gabi umaatake and at the same time may rashes ako sa katawan ngayon. What effective method are you using since wala daw gamot na pwedeng gamitin even cream. Nakakaiyak na po kasi yung kati. Thank you sa sasagot?
