When should I do squatting and other exercises?
Hi momshies! I'm 37 weeks and 2 days via LMP but 35 weeks and 2 days via ultrasound Kasi PCOS daw.... Tanong ko lng when kaya ako pwde na magsquatting and maglakad lakad?...inom Ng pineapple juice o kaya Chuckie? Any advices mga momsh?
