HUMIHILIK SI BABY

Hey mama! Totally normal yan! Ang hilik (that snoring-like sound) na yan ay super common sa babies, especially pag 3 months pa lang, it's usually because their airways are still so tiny na kahit normal breathing, may snorting or grunting sounds. A few of us moms noticed the same thing with our babies, at mas naririnig pa lalo pag lifted up ang head nila dahil sa angle. Once you lower the head, the sound goes away usually kasi nagshift ang position ng airways, nothing to worry about there! Just watch out lang if the breathing becomes really labored, kung may fever, or kung parang struggling siya talaga to breathe, pero yung soft hilik lang while sleeping? That's pretty standard at walang problema. Still good idea to mention it sa next check-up with your doctor para sa peace of mind, pero I'm sure magiging fine lang!
