Changing Marital Status

Hello momsh! I need help. We got married lastt June ds yr. I havr not changed my last name and status yet. but i need to, right now since i am applying for a job. the marriage cert that we have here is from the local civil registrar, its not yet available in PSA. i just wanna know, does sss pagibig philhealth bir accepts marriage cert from local civil reg? thank you please help me out with this
