First time earing solid food

Hi momsh. I would like to ask if your baby when tried solid food for the first time eh parang nasasamid. My lo did same thing. Everytime I fed her, para po syang nasasamid. Hindi ko po alam bakit. TIA ! ❤️

Baka new pa sa kanya ang experience sis kaya she doesn’t know how to swallow pa. But try letting her eat muna yung mga nabibiling jarred baby foods. I recommend sa healthy options kasi may food for the appropriate age and tama ang consistency..
