soupy dish with malunggay leaves you can also have baked lactation treats. as for foods to avoid, not much really but if you have family histor of allergies be cautious with foods high in allergen.
oats & malunggay effective po sya saken, pero it depends pa rin po sa body natin maybe saken effective then sayo hindi.
