The yellowish watery stuff sa right breast could be colostrum na nag-start na or just changes in your milk composition, pero since may significant difference between your two breasts, I'd really suggest checking with your OB or a lactation consultant just to be sure lahat ay okay, especially since you're planning to continue nursing your toddler habang pregnant, isang laging concern ng kaunting moms ko na friends.
