Taking Antibiotics!

Hi moms! Im 21 weeks and accidentally cut my shoulder .. Just got my anti tetanus toxoid shot.. kaso me reseta pa cefalexine _ antibiotic 3x a day.. is anyone here taken antibiotics during pregnancy? thanks!
