Lumpy as in when you’re pumping or after you left it for awhile? Are the lumps whitish/light yellowish and chunky? If it is, it’s probably just fats.
To avoid wasting the milk, you can always do a smell & taste test. Bad milk taste sour. Some milk do smell bad (not spoilt, just high lipase), so best if you do a taste test :)
