2momth Baby Not Looking At Face

Hey moms, My 2 month baby stares at the wall, cieling fan and giggles and make coo.. However she doesnt look at any of the faces... As per the hospital handbook its a miletsone at 6 weeks to look at faces and smile .. Anybody facing the issue..
