Worry

Hi mommy. I already in my 15 weeks. N i do have gastric.. Its quite severe as its attack me last night from 12am to 5am.. N untill today i do feel my stomach ache. Is it normal? Btw i think my stomach is smaller than before (14 weeks). Im worry n scared.
