Ahhh sayang, I can feel your worry, first baby makes everything feel extra scary kan. Single umbilical artery is actually quite common, and many of us moms have gone through the same worry after that scan; honestly a lot of babies with SUA are born completely healthy and normal, but since this is something your specialist mentioned, the best thing is to follow up closely with your doctor and do the extra monitoring they recommend, don't stress yourself too much lah, just stay in touch with your OB and ask all your questions.
