Alhamdulillah bilirubin baby dah turun! Honestly, what you're describing sounds like normal newborn skin shedding (especially common dalam first 2-3 minggu), kulit kering, peeling di jari kaki dan tangan tu very typical, and it does go away with gentle bathing like you're doing, so I don't think it's necessarily a sign of kurang susu. That said, since Dr dah raise the point, better check with him again pasal milk intake (maybe dia tengok signs lain or just being cautious post-jaundice), tapi the dry skin peeling itself bukan automatic indicator lah. A few of us mummies also had this sama baby kami and it resolved on its own after a couple of weeks without changing anything dramatically. How's baby's wet diapers and weight gain looking otherwise?
