Actually awl2 kehamilan folic sahaja yg wajib mkn. If u can drink milk, it's more better. And can eat fruit that high in vitamin c (guava, dates, pomegranate, lemon, orange, apple) Other than that need to consult with doctor 1st before consume.
Saya masuk 8 weeks start muntah. Tengah risau jugak ni sebab makan je muntah pastu kurang selera makan 😢 saya makan guava pun sejam lepas tu muntah balik 😖
Mkn acid folic sis,kalau boleh mnum susu lebih baik.mkn buah buahan yg tggi vitamin ..
