Aww, I understand how scary it feels when you get that positive result! I haven't personally dealt with GBS myself, tapi a few of my mum friends went through it during pregnancy and delivery, they all got antibiotics during labour and everything turned out fine, alhamdulillah. The main thing is making sure you tell your doctor and hospital so they can give you the IV antibiotics when you're in labour; it's a straightforward precaution and really helps protect baby. Honestly, once you're prepped and they know about it, it's managed quite well, try not to stress yourself too much, because stress doesn't help!
