Hi mommiesss, ada tak yang LDR dgn suami masa awal pregnancy ni ? macam mana mommy semua handle emosi ye ? saya dengan suami LDR, sbb saya study di sabah, dan suami di johor. bulan february baru hbis and boleh balik johor terus. setiap hari menangis juga, sebab sedih dan rindu orang rumah. boleh ke mommy sekalian share share pengalaman atau tips ? 😭 #firstbaby  #advicepls

Awww sayang, LDR masa pregnant memang challenging lah, a few of us dalam circle ni ada jugak yang through that, and honestly emotion rollercoaster punya. Dekat sangat with hormones + missing your person, so completely valid yang you're crying every day okay. Try set small things to look forward to, countdown to February, maybe video calls at certain time setiap hari so ada routine, and don't be hard on yourself for feeling semua the feelings at once (the pregnant body and the lonely heart fighting sama-sama). Hang in there mama, not long lagi you'll be back with your family and your suami can support you through the rest of the pregnancy properly.
