Honestly, I'd check with your OB muna about katinko during pregnancy kasi mas safe na alam mo directly from your doctor kung okay lang; a few of us moms actually avoid strong scents and menthol products during pregnancy just to be extra cautious. In the meantime, what helped some of my preggy friends was keeping the windows open, eating small frequent meals, or using unscented lotion on a hanky instead, less intense on the nose pero still helps with the nausea trigger. Fingers crossed your doctor gives you the all-clear, pero better safe than sorry sa first trimester! Let me know what your OB says, curious rin ako if it's pregnancy-safe.
