Hi, awak. Sebenarnya simple je, selagi awak tiada alahan atau alergik sesuatu makanan tu awak boleh sahaja makan. Food intolerance setiap orang tak sama. Cumanya kena makan berpada, itu sahaja.
Pantang saya masa first pregnancy simple je. Saya ikut nasihat OBGYN. No junkfood/fastfood, cut sugar, avoid spicy and oily food (these triggered my heartburn) and avoid raw food. Every food has to be fully cooked.
No stress ya and always consult with your nurse/doctor/OBGYN to gain a correct info. ☺️ Take care🌹
