Ay mama, that cramping and back pain at 7 weeks is actually pretty common, pero since it's your first time and you're worried, better check with your OB agad to make sure everything's okay, hindi lang para sa peace of mind mo, kundi para malaman kung ano talaga ang cause, baka normal pregnancy pains lang or baka kailangan ng extra care. A few of us had similar experiences early on and turned out fine, but some needed monitoring, so don't take chances!
