For me personally, nifas after czer stopped around 40 days, but I understand every mummy is different, some may experience it a little longer or shorter depending on the body. If yours seems to go on much longer than expected or you have any concerns, it would be good to check with your doctor or gynae just to be sure everything is healing well, sayang.
