We did! Yes you can start BLW on your baby's very first solid. In BLW, you let your child eat by him/herself. Foods are not pureed or mashed instead cut french fry style and cooked soft enough to gum . To know more about blw you can join Baby Led weaning ideas ph in Facebook. 😊
