Travelling for 11 hrs is it safe for 2nd tri

Hello mommies..just want to ask kung may nakapg travel nb sa inyo ng malayo like 10 to 11 hrs thru bus? im on a 2nd tri na kc and im planning to go to ilocos..i asked my OB and she said okay lng nmn. Thank you sa mga answers mga mommies.
