Sleepy time

Hello mommies! Want to ask u about this product lang. I already try this two but seems it wasn't effective to my baby. She is now 2 weeks old. Based on my friends effective daw to sa baby nila and madami den ako nababasa na review na effective nga daw po ito. Uhm can you help me mommies kung pano to naging effective sa babie niyo.
