Weaning off my toddler

Hi mommies, my toddler is now 2 years old. I am planning to slowly wean him off. Is there any suggestions? And also if i want to intro him with fm, what brand do you suggest?

    because for now he is used to Pediasure's choco milk and a very diluted ribena. ill try to get NAN and let him try. thank you
