I had postpartum BP issues too and it can happen even if pregnancy BP was normal 🥺 PP preeclampsia can sometimes appear after delivery, so please don’t ignore the dizziness/headache especially with readings like 187/110 😭
Good that your tests were okay, but honestly I’d keep monitoring BP closely at home and go back immediately if severe headache, chest pain, blurred vision, shortness of breath, or BP spikes badly again 🙏🏻 Postpartum hormones/fluid shifts can make BP quite unstable in the first weeks. Please rest as much as possible too
