join k Po tamang Kain sa fb sis.marami silang food recipes.. and every 2-3days Po pinapakain Ang specific na food pag mag iintroduce ka para macheck if my allergy si baby sa food. 🙂 more on puree Lang nmn kaya madalas steam lng luto ko sa mga food ni baby nuon. steam fruits din ginagawa ko. like apple and pears..
