Hi mommies, is there any pills that you would like to recommend? Yung nakaka glow at nakakaganda po ng kutis since ang tagal po bumalik ng dati kong kutis simula nung nabuntis. Nanganak po ako last May 2, 2022. And pano po mag take ng pills. Salamat.
Hi mama! I totally get it, postpartum skin is a whole journey, di ba? For birth control pills, talaga namang best talaga na i-consult mo muna ang OB mo since may different types depending sa health profile mo and kung breastfeeding ka pa, kasi some pills aren't ideal if nagpe-express ka pa. A few of us moms actually went back to our doctors para ma-recommend kung aling pill works best for our skin din, some hormonal pills actually helped with the glow, pero personal talaga ito sa bawat mama! Once your doc prescribes, usually you start on day 1 ng period and take one pill same time every day, pero sigurado ka lang sa specific instructions ng doc mo since may variations depending sa pill brand.
