Absent due to heavy rain

Hi Mommies, Would u still send your child to CC when its raining heavily eventhough the centre is just opp your block? And as a mom, i would personally prefer my child to be at home where she would be most be comfortable and just want to be around them during this kind of weather. Thank you for your opinion.
