Split Skin Under Earlobes

Hi mommies and soon to be mommies! Just wanted to share an experience.. My youngest child had a split skin sa may earlobes ang parang nappunit na ung earlobes niya.. Then pina check ko sa pedia and she gave me this ointment.. Very helpful gumaling cia agad.. ?
