What to use?

Hello mommies! Someone bought this for me from dept store. Should I use oil-based or water-based scents? And does it help for allergic rhinitis?

it helps with allergic rhinitis. water based scents lang po. personally po we use no scent, water lang, it helps na hindi dry yung mga ilong at labi namin after sleeping at night na may AC. careful po sa mga essences kasi may mga selected na bawal po sa preggy/nursing moms
