Same here mommy at 34 weeks. Sharp/lightning crotch. I usually feel this pag tumatayo from seating or lying position tsaka if nagcchange ng sides while sleeping. This is normal naman daw po as long as walang naffeel na period-like cramps, contractions, and lower back with pelvic pain.
