A few of us had spotting during pregnancy din, and honestly nakakascary talaga lalo na kapag may polyp, pero kung wala namang heavy bleeding or clots, that's a good sign na. Since you're going back to work, just take it easy pang-una, light tasks lang if pwede, and make sure you're not overdoing the walking or standing for long periods kasi that's usually what triggers the spotting. Alam mo naman, our bodies during pregnancy are really sensitive talaga, especially pag may polyp. Keep monitoring yourself and if may sudden changes or heavy bleeding, go back to your OB agad, pero based sa what he said, you should be okay na. Good luck sa work, mama!
