Hey Tia! Ako honestly nag-take ng stairs pa rin pero super careful lang, went slow, held the railing tight, and stopped if I felt any heaviness or pressure. The thing is, most mums I know na may low-lying placenta at 18 weeks found na it moves up pa as the uterus grows, so it's not always the permanent situation na kailangan mong worry about forever. That said, a friend went to her OB and was put on pelvic rest because her placenta was really close to the cervix (like 7mm lang), so it really varies, some mums are told to avoid stairs completely, a few had zero restrictions and nag-stairs pa rin sila nang okay lang. The safest bet talaga is to skip the heavy lifting and running, take stairs slow if you do them, and watch out for any spotting or cramping. But definitely check with your own doctor about what's safe for your specific measurements, short cervix + low-lying is a combo na deserve ng personalized advice from your OB.

thanks sa response mommy. ang sabi kasi sakin bedrest for 2 weeks then no stairs daw muna pero sa 1st week ng bedrest and 2nd may check up and lab ako so bababa pa din ako ng stairs. Mahirap lang kasi nakakahiya din magrequest lagi kung may papa abot sa baba 😅2.04cm naman yung sa cervix ko then 2.5cm and up i think yung normal length.
