Aww, kesian anak you! A few of my mum friends pun kena case macam ni, and honestly bisul at that age quite common especially kalau area kulit lembap or ada friction. Kali pertama you biarkan pecah is okay, tapi since kena twice now maybe check with your doctor first whether ada underlying reason, bisa infection atau something else yang perlu address. For traditional ways, banyak yang recommend warm compress (jangan terlalu panas!) to help it drain faster, some mums also swear by applying a bit of turmeric paste, tapi definitely get it checked first lah because anak still so kecil, better safe than sorry! The antibiotics your klinik gave last time was the right move to prevent it from getting worse.
