Honestly, rasa sakit je during insertion tapi berbeza-beza la, ada yang describe it as intense cramping for a few seconds, then done, ada yang rasa lebih intense sikit. Yang penting, it's quick (maybe 2-3 minutes max) and nothing like labour pain, even though I get why lu paranoid after bersalin! Kaitan procedure dia: dokter akan insert the device through your cervix, so you'll feel pressure and cramps, tapi since it's so fast, most of us terus lepas. My tip: go on a day when you feel stronger, eat something before, bring a heating pad for after, and take paracetamol 30 mins before if allowed, makes cramping easier to manage. Definitely okay to ask your doctor to walk you through step-by-step on the day itself, that helped me feel less scared. You'll be fine!
