Recipe: Malunggay Smoothie

Hi Mommies. Sharing with you my recipe for malunggay banana smoothie. Baby is coming soon and I'm hoping this will help increase my breast milk supply. I drink it as a smoothie or sometimes use it for my smoothie bowls. Please share your recipes as well. :) #BananaMalunggaySmoothie 1 serving Ingredients: 1 frozen banana (preferrably overripe), chopped 1 cup chilled Fresh Milk (preferrably low-fat) 1/4 cup malunggay Chia seeds: optional Honey: optional Procedure: 1. Wash malunggay leaves 2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth 3. Pour in glass or in bowl *you may add a few slices of mango when blending for added sweetness.
