Alamak, itu memang pregnancy rhinitis lah, very common during pregnancy, especially around your trimester! A few of my mum friends complained about this sama-sama, some lasted a few weeks, some sampai delivery. It's because of hormonal changes and increased blood flow to the mucous membranes, but sebab it's persistent and bothering you, better check with your doctor or midwife to make sure nothing else going on. In the meantime, try saline nasal spray (pregnancy-safe), elevate your head when sleeping, and stay hydrated, those really helped a few of us!
