Ayy jangan worry sangat lah mama, echoic focus tu memang common dalam pregnancy scans dan mostly resolve sendiri, especially kalau sonographer dah cakap risk very low and everything else normal! A few of my mum friends kena gak during pregnancy scans, and their babies lahir perfectly fine without any issues whatsoever. Since you've passed the NT scan and the 5D scan shows baby's face and development normal, that's really reassuring signs already. Tapi kalau your heart still tak tenang (totally understandable!), boleh lah during the next scan ask the doctor to review and update you, sometimes they can give clearer picture as pregnancy progresses and baby develops more.
