Hai! CL itu confinement lady kan? I haven't personally guna CL lagi (masih pregnant lagi I), but a few of my mum friends in Penang swear by asking recommendation dari hospital atau dari their gynae, they're usually connected dengan trusted CL yang reliable and experienced. Maybe try join the Penang moms group on Facebook or WhatsApp, sure ramai yang boleh share their CL contacts there! Good luck with your confinement period, you're gonna need the rest
