try je sis everything without sugar, i sejak gdm tinggi hritu terus insaf nak bergula n makan karbo, kurangkan makan, just eat healthy n enough walaupun still lapar. tpi my tips minum air lemon, menjadi sgt control blood sugar regulation dlm badan. skrg my bacaan average below 5 n pling tinggi pn 5.2
