Bunyi kahak masa minum susu

Hi mommies. Saya ada soalan. Baru2 ni baby saya cirit birit. Dan dr suggest suruh tukar susu. Saya dah tukar, cuma susu baru ni, bila baby minum tu, mcm bunyi “ghuk ghuk” mcm bunyi kahak masa minum. Masa minum susu je. Yang lain semua okey.  Dia minum pun tak berapa nak habis sangat. Awal2 okey, tapi lama2 saya perasan bila minum susu selalu macam tu. Adakah dikira sebagai susu tu tak sesuai? Saya tukar ke similac lactose free. Ke patut saya try tukar balik ke susu lama? #tolong #tolong_dijawab #firstimemom

Aww, I understand your worry! That ghuk ghuk sound during feeding could mean a few things, sometimes its just baby adjusting to a new formulas thickness or the way it flows, tapi since hes not finishing feeds and the cirit birit just started, best to check with your doctor again to make sure the lactose-free is actually working for him or if something else might be going on. A few of us mums found that sometimes the gagging sound happens when babys tongue-tie or suck reflex needs checking too, so worth asking your paediatrician about that as well!
