eating spicy food during 3rd trimester
hi mommies out there..i'm on my final week of my third trimester now.. is it okay to eat spicy food??

im in my third trimester too. its fine but u will have heartburn which is very annoying at times.
depends on the individu i guess bcos i love spicy food and nver have heartburn either..
