10 weeks and still see sac without baby !!

Hi all mommies out there, I went for checking today and dr only see sac without baby. Could this be fail pregnancy? Anyone has experience with this? Dr ask to come again another 1 week

normal sis, bg mase dalam 2 minggu utk rescan semula. in sha Allah, akan ada good news.. sebab baby pesat membesar 12weeks ke ats.. 💕
