Natural birth experience

Hi mommies, nasa 3rd trimester na po ako. And I’m starting to have anxieties about labor and delivery. Baka po may mga nagnatural birth here, no epidural, pashare naman po ng story nyo and kung gaano po kasakit pag walang epidural. Thanks!#1stimemom #advicepls #theasianparentph

Hi Mommy. In all honesty, I was really into normal delivery and all. So para po ma anticipate mo na, sobrang sakit ng contractions BUT you need to have a clear mind na kailangan mong maging matapang at lakasan ang loob kasi nakasalalay sayo ang safe delivery ng baby mo. Based sa experience ko, nakaka kalma ang sakit ng contractions because it will tell you na nasa process na si baby ng paglabas niya, MASAKIT lang talaga pero after a few days naman eh ok na ang pakiramdam ko. Basta susunod ka lang sa instructions ng OB at nurses and listen to them very carefully, they will guide you.

Thank you so much, I’ve been watching birth coaches talaga on how to love the process. Kaso momshi pag nakakapanood ako ng birth stories, it look so painful without epidural. Thank you for answering, I like your idea na every contraction is meaning to tell you that the baby is coming. ❤️
