Mas importante talaga na completed ang series, kaya kung makuha mo sya ng Oct 21, go lang; the spacing between doses matters more than hitting the exact week.
Para sa second dose, kung Nov na sya, it's still within the acceptable window kasi dapat 4 weeks minimum between doses anyway, so Oct 21 to Nov ay perfect pa rin spacing-wise. Some mums I know nag-worry din about timing pero doc nila assured them na kahit slightly delayed, okay pa rin as long as nacacomplete ang full series within reasonable timeframe.
Best move talaga is to confirm with your pediatrician or sa health center kung pwedeng mas mabilis yung next appointments para ma-complete within the recommended timeline, pero hindi ka rin mag-aalala kung tight ang schedule mo, better late than skipped.
