Hi mama! I haven't tried Mazvita myself, pero best to ask your OB directly kung bakit niya ine-prescribe sayo, bawat mama may different needs sa pregnancy kaya iba-iba ang binibigay nila. A few of my mum friends are on different vitamins too depending sa iron levels nila or kung may specific deficiency, so it's really personalized! If you want peace of mind, you can also ask your OB kung may side effects to watch out for or kung okay siya with any supplements you're already taking. Congrats sa 3rd tri!
