preggy again

Hi mommies.. nak tanya sbb confuse dan risau.. can you pls gv me some advise. I delivered a baby girl on june 2019 and now she is 11months old. Mine was a c-section.. doctors try very hard for normal delivery but i couldn't make it and end up operate. Now i get to know im pregnant again.. maybe 1month because i never scan yet. What should i do? Should i abort or carry on with this pregnancy. But its risky because its not even 1 year yet. Pls advise. Thank you.
