Medicine/Remedies for Cough

Uy, I feel you! Had a terrible cough din ako nung pregnant with my second, sobrang hassle talaga. Honestly, best ko talaga is to check with your OB first kasi sila talaga ang makakapagsabi ng safest meds for you and baby, a few of us moms in our group learned that the hard way, kasi some cough syrups have ingredients na hindi recommended pag buntis. In the meantime, yung home remedies like warm water with honey, steam inhalation, or honey lemon tea really helped me, and parang safer pa talaga while waiting to see your doctor. Good luck, mama, cough during pregnancy is the worst, pero mawawala din yan!
