Persiapan awal

Ahhh, excited time ni! Honestly, few of us in my mum circle, yang penting adalah prepare la basics first, beli newborn essentials macam diapers, wipes, few sets of baby clothes (jangan beli banyak sangat, babies grow so fast!), then ensure your hospital bag sudah ready with your documents, extra underwear, and toiletries for yourself jugak. One of my mum friends swears by preparing the nursery area even if kecil je, at least ada comfortable space untuk feed and change baby, and I wish I'd done the meal prep earlier, froze so many portions of simple curries and dishes before delivery because honestly, first few weeks tu mama sendiri also need to eat properly kan, husband cannot settle everything alone. Don't forget to rest plenty and maybe do some reading or classes about labour and breastfeeding so you feel less anxious, mental prep is just as important as the physical stuff!
