Hi mommies, minta advice, boleh ke minum kopi smasa preggy… satu cup mcm zus coffee mcm tu.. tdi bru minum iced caramel latte.. risau pulak.. sbb ad org ckp preggy x boleh minum kopi…. Any mom yg minum kopi daily? Before preggy memang i hantu kopi.. sesudah preggy try to cut off caffeine intake but today teringin pulak😓#Needadvice #coffeeaddict #Sharingdong_Bund

limit to 120ml/8oz per day tapi u anemic (hb 10 kebawah), must avoid all costs sbb caffeine blh buat hb drop. if hb u okay (11 above) u can tukar ke decaf type.

Buat rasa2 je sis. Klau boleh elak, elakkan. Sebab risau hb drop
